Cancellation Policy
360Camps Booking & Cancellation Policy We’re thrilled to welcome your child to 360Camps! Please take a moment to read through our booking terms to ensure a smooth experience for all families. 1. Bookings & Payment All camp bookings must be made via our official booking platform at www.360camps.com/book-online. Full payment is required to secure your child’s place. Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair while also allowing us to plan effectively for each camp. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the camp start date will receive a 90% refund (10% retained for admin and processing costs). Cancellations made 7–14 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before camp are non-refundable, except in the case of a valid medical emergency (doctor’s letter required). Alternatively, families may transfer the booking to another eligible child or defer the booking to a future camp (subject to availability and approval). 3. Absences No refunds or credit will be issued for missed camp days due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons. In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), we will consider partial credit toward a future program, at the discretion of the 360Camps management team. 4. Safety, Supervision & Liability While every effort is made to provide a safe and enriching environment, 360Camps and its staff cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or unforeseen disruptions that occur during the camp. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all health, allergy, and emergency contact details are accurately provided during registration. 5. Program Changes We reserve the right to make changes to camp schedules, activities, or staffing if necessary due to weather, staffing availability, or other operational requirements. Any significant changes will be communicated to parents promptly. 6. Add-ons & Extras Optional activities (e.g., golf, transport) may be available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance. These are subject to availability and minimum participation numbers. 7. Code of Conduct We expect all participants to follow our camp rules and behave respectfully toward staff and peers. Persistent disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
